Prayer Room

The Tall Ships event is coming to Hartlepool between the 5th and 10th August 2010. During the event there will be lots of activites going on at Headland Baptist Church and throughout this time our prayer room will be operating in a 24-7 style during the day.

We have split the slots into half hourly sessions this time to allow as many people as possible to take part. However, please feel free to take multiple slots together should you want a longer time in the prayer room.

It promises to be an amazing time and will be a fantastic opportunity to meet with God one-on-one and bring to him the things on our hearts. We hope that, as before, the event will be supported by as many different people from as many different churches as possible so if you'd like to be involved please read on.

If you've never taken part in a prayer event like this before don't worry, it's really easy. The time is split into half-hourly slots and you can sign up for a slot at a time that suits you. When the time comes for your slot just come along to the church, ring the bell and whoever is praying for the session before you will let you in to the prayer room to start your session. Our prayer room is full of things to help stimulate your prayer so even though half an hour might seem a daunting prospect at first it really flies by and will leave you wanting more!

If you don't see your name on the rota after completing the form try hitting the refresh button on your browser or pressing F5. If you still don't see you name try booking again. One final thing that would really help with the running of things, please try and be punctual for your slot but not too early so not to shorten the prayer time of the person before you.
